1. Service Agreement

By accessing or subscribing to CelticStream services, you agree to comply with these terms. Our service provides digital streaming access credentials for private, non-commercial household entertainment purposes.

2. Subscription Passes & Activation

All subscription passes (1, 3, 6, and 12-month durations) are strictly prepaid. There are no automated recurring card deductions. Renewal is entirely voluntary upon expiration of your chosen term.

3. Device Connections & Fair Use

Each standard subscription provides single-stream connection access unless a multi-screen package has been purchased. Running simultaneous streams beyond your authorized allocation will result in automated temporary stream locking to preserve server integrity.

4. Service Availability & Maintenance

While CelticStream maintains a high-availability server network with Dublin edge nodes, temporary maintenance or upstream feed interruptions may occasionally occur. Technical assistance is available daily via WhatsApp during operating hours.
