CelticStream respects the privacy of our Irish and international subscribers. We adhere strictly to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Information Collected

We collect only the minimal data required to fulfill and support your subscription: your contact handle (such as WhatsApp identifier or email) and order tier. We do not store sensitive payment card details or banking data on our servers.

3. No Activity Logging

We operate a strict minimal-retention policy regarding viewing habits. We do not monitor, record, log, or commercialize the specific channels, streams, or media titles you access.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Account credentials remain active for the duration of your prepaid term. Upon request or subscription expiration, account records can be permanently expunged from our delivery systems within 24 hours.
